If Internet is available, the data start synchronizing to the cloud automatically. The time needed to complete the process depends on the mobile network and amount of collected data but is generally very fast. Once synchronized, the field data, reports and CAD/GIS deliverables can be shared with anybody over chat, email, etc. or accessed via web, anywhere, anytime.

The GS app includes a Mobile Data Saving setting to prevent the automatic synchronization when using mobile networks; in that case, the synchronization will happen as soon as the iPad connects to a WiFi network.
